Currently, all of our domestic shipping is provided by Royal Mail.

– Made & Dispatched in 2 -5 working days Due to recent COVID-19 Royal Mail aim to deliver all items within 3-5 working days, from times this can be extended due to unforeseen delays within their network. This is a non-tracked service. Proof of delivery can be provided.

Actual shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout. Where multiple items are purchased under one order, the longest processing time will apply to the entire delivery.
Please remember that the postage time is additional to the time it takes us to make your product.
You may wish to request another method of delivery. We are more than happy to accommodate for this for whatever the reason may be. In these cases, we may apply an administration fee. Please contact us to discuss this option.
All of our shipping follows the UK business day calendar. This means that weekends and bank holidays may extend the time of our delivery to you.
All our items are handcrafted once you complete your order. Our processing time is typically between 2-6 days. During busier periods, such as Christmas, please allow up to 5 working days for us to make your products. Postage time is then added on to the processing time.
If we are taking a break, then we will alert you via our email banners and shipping times.
Processing time may vary per product and so the Estimated Delivery time may vary.
We are more than happy to complete bulk orders or special requests for any of our products/services. The above information may not apply to your order and so should be dealt with at the quotation stage. Within our quotes, we specify carriage charges and any terms (insurance etc).
